Holistic body therapies attend to your entire wellbeing.Trina is able to successfully treat a wide range of ‘dis-eases’ including stress, grief, muscular tension and injury, insomnia, migraines, pregnancy conditions, depression and digestive problems.

Trina also provides a welcoming and stylish sanctuary for clients who simply want to escape from their busy worlds for a while and be pampered.

Regardless of their motivation, all Trina’s clients leave feeling uplifted and empowered and comment that no two treatments are ever the same.

So treat yourself to a holistic remedial massage with Trina. You are worth it!

Trina has a unique gift, one that heals even the worst of my neck and back pain. She is so incredibly intuitive, knowing when to go lightly, and when I need some firm work done. Saying that, she has never once in the 5 years of seeing her monthly, been too firm. She knows when you’re feeling chatty or when you just want to melt away into the super comfortable table. I’ve seen so many massage therapists over the years but I have never gone anywhere else since I met Trina. I couldn’t recommend her more.
